Farewell to Johanne

Spring is just around the corner and we can now see light at the end of the tunnel in regards to lockdown. We are so looking forward to welcoming you all back to the Church when the time comes.

We had hoped to be able to meet in person to say farewell to Pastor Johanne Nørtoft Thomsen but as we are still very limited to what we are allowed to do, we have decided to host a Zoom service instead.

Please join us on Sunday the 7th March at 11am on Zoom (see link below) and there will also be a chance to say farewell to Johanne afterwards, so have a glass of something to hand.

Join Zoom Meeting https://zoom.us/j/92177847412 Meeting ID: 921 7784 7412

Johanne Nørtoft Thomsens last service from London will be Sunday the 14th March at 11am and you are all welcome to join the service on Zoom on the usual link.

As you are probably aware, due to Brexit, EU citizens are now required to
apply for Settled Status by June 2021, if they want to remain in the UK. If you know of any Danish citizens who need help with the application or who have no access to the internet, please get in touch with Charlotte on the Church email: Hull@dsuk.dk

Korstævne/Choir Festival

For the last couple of years we have had successful Choir Festivals. Due to the Corona crisis, we have not been able to have it in 2020. We hope conditions will allow us to have another Festival in 2021.

Med masser af fællessang

About 100 people joint a successfull choir event sunday afternoon. 6 choirs from Hull made wonderful performances. Some of them even with a bit of singing in Danish. And they all made the audience joining in with their singing.
